Hi! I just wanted to send over a little feedback following the summer event I attended with the two children during the holidays. Firstly, I really do appreciate the value of the activities included for the £20 ticket, and the girl running the room was absolutely lovely. However, I did feel that the event was quite disorganised. She was clearly doing her best, but I don’t think she was quite confident enough yet to manage a room with multiple children and families, particularly with activities spread across three rooms. There were children helping themselves to materials, which meant shared resources were getting used up/ruined and things generally became quite chaotic. I completely appreciate that it was the school holidays and that young staff have to start somewhere, but with two 5-year-olds I had expected a little more direction and involvement from the staff, especially as one person couldn’t realistically keep an eye on three separate rooms. That said, the lip liner keychain was absolutely fabulous — I loved it! Unfortunately, I managed to drop the lip liner itself and then lost it from my keychain 🤦🏼♀️😂 I know you’re brilliant when it comes to product development, so I wondered whether there might be a way of developing the keychain slightly so that the pencil actually screws into a lid/casing and stays securely attached? I think that would make an already great product even better, as I’d definitely use another one if I knew I couldn’t accidentally lose the liner! Just wanted to share the feedback as I think there’s loads of potential, and hopefully it’s useful. ❤️
