✨ All tables are allocated through our booking system, which means we can’t guarantee specific requests (like booths or balloon tables).

✨ Parking is super limited on site, so we always recommend arriving a little earlier to make sure you’re relaxed and on time for your reservation.

✨ If you’ve booked a cafe reservation, you don’t need an Empire ticket – you’re all set, babe!

✨ Experience tickets are sold separately, so if you’d like to join in on the fun, just make sure to grab those too.

Our full product range is available to purchase in the Empire, where you can explore all the flavours and test a selection of products. Our friendly team members are always on hand to help, and all purchases can be made at our tills.

The Empire is open from 10:00 until 17:30, with the last booking slot starting at 16:00.
