The #119 Flat Liner Brush works perfectly for correcting those crisp winged liners! This brush is a super straight liner brush can that can be used to set your winged liner with shadow or to correct any imperfections in your eye make up. It can also be used for shading under the eye to create a super smokey waterline or on the lid to create a smudges smokey eyeliner. A #119 brush is always handy to have by your side!
